Careers at CxO Ascent
Help us get
leaders outside.
We run retreats for CEOs, CIOs and CISOs in America's National Parks. We're hiring.
See open rolesWhy we're hiring
CxO Ascent exists because senior leaders rarely get time to be people first. A few days on a trail with peers who understand the job changes that.
The details matter: who's in the group, which trail, who's backing the trip, and how people feel when they get home. We need more hands for that work.
If you like bringing people together and you'd rather be outside than in a conference room, read on.

Partnerships and Retreat Manager
You'll look after two things: the partners who support our communities, and the retreats themselves. About half of it is relationships and half is getting the details right.
- Location
- Remote, Texas
What you'll do
- Find and look after partners who want to support senior leaders and the parks.
- Plan retreats from start to finish: logistics, vendors and schedules.
- Keep in touch with members before and after each retreat.
- Be there during retreats and handle whatever comes up.
You'll do well here if
- People tend to trust you quickly.
- You're organized, and you stay calm when plans change.
- You're as comfortable with a CEO as with a park ranger.
- You do what you say you'll do.
- You'd rather be outside than in a conference room.
You don't need to match every line. If most of this sounds like you, apply.
